Another victory of STOICA & Asociaţii’s lawyers in the “war” against the clawback tax. At stake: savings amounting to Euro 3 mil.

Bucharest Appeal Court annulled on Thuesday, November, 5 another notification issued by the National Health Insurance House (NHIH), through which it communicated the values for computing the clawback tax for trimester I 2012, amounting to Euro 3 mil.
