The suspensive condition, a new weapon in insolvency procedure

Lately it becomes recurrent the tendency of some insolvency practitioners to try excluding the majority creditors from the insolvency procedure by interpreting with bad-faith the legal provisions, namely through extension of the scope of the suspensive condition set out in art. 64 pr. 5 of Law no. 85/2006 regarding insolvency procedure.
