Starting today, May 2, 2012, Dragoş BOGDAN joins the STOICA & Asociatii team as Managing Associate.
Dragoş started his career as judge in 1999, he was vice-manager of the National Institute of Magistracy (NIM) in the period 2004 – 2005, he worked as counselor with the European Court of Human Rights in the period 2005 – 2006, and in 2007 he became member of the Bucharest Bar.
He is specialized in intellectual property and represented Romanian and foreign clients in various litigations on trademarks, patents, industrial designs, unfair competition or copyright. Also, Dragoş has published numerous works in the intellectual property and human rights areas.
