Bucharest Tribunal rejected the court action filled by Romaqua Group against Carpathian Springs

The team of lawyers from STOICA & Asociaţii composed by Cătălina Dicu, Dragoş Bogdan and Bogdan Popescu, under the coordination of Univ. prof. Valeriu Stoica PhD., successfully represented in court Carpathian Springs SA in the litigation initiated by SC Romaqua Group SA in connection with alleged false advertising committed by Carpathian Springs SA through the slogan „Aqua Carpatica – world’s purest mineral water!”
