STOICA & Asociații successfully closes up the history of Bancorex, in favour of BCR

The team of lawyers from STOICA & Asociaţii, consisting of Valeriu Stoica, Founding Partner, Marieta Avram, Senior Partner, and Adina Popescu, Associate, represented the Romanian Commercial Bank in the court case no. 5736/3/2012, definitely solved by the Bucharest Appeal Court, through which the court rejected the claims of the former President of Bancorex, Răzvan Liviu Temeșan. These claims consist in the payment of salary rights and moral damages amounting to approx. 5 million Euros and the acknowledgment of the employee’s quality and work readmission.
