STOICA & Asociaţii irrevocably obtains the suspension of the enforcement of clawback tax

After important triumphs as the exclusion of the VAT tax from the computation of the clawback tax and the complete annulment of the notifications issued by CNAS, the lawyers from STOICA & Asociaţii coordinated by Prof. Univ. Valeriu-STOICA obtained as well the first irrevocable resolutions with regard to the suspension of the notifications pertaining to clawback tax.
