STOICA & Asociatii obtains the annulment of a claw-back tax amounting to approx. Euro 1.7 mil. for an important player from the pharma industry

By Decision no. 39 from February 5,2013, the Constitutional Court of Romania admitted the inconstitutionality exception of GEO no. 77/2011, showing unambiguously that the inclusion of the VAT in the calculation of the claw-back tax represents a double taxation.
