Setting up

STOICA & Asociaţii was set-up in November 1995, by the association of two Romanian pre-eminent lawyers, Valeriu STOICA and Cristiana I. STOICA. The two Founding Partners dedicated their extensive experience they achieved in the legal practice, as well as in the academic field, by forming one of the most reputed Romanian business law firms.

In an ever-changing legislative framework, since its creation until present, STOICA & Asociaţii has succeeded to demonstrate innovation and dedication in promoting the best legal solutions for its clients. Established as a law partnership, by its constantly enlarged and consolidated legal practice, consisting in providing an extensive advisory activity for a significant number of Romanian or foreign clients, big and medium size companies, combined with a very successful litigation practice, STOICA & Asociaţii achieved international recognision.

In performing activities at international level, the two Founding Partners contributed, by involving their highly appreciated reputation, to the creation of strategic professional alliances with a large number of major international law firms.

The team of STOICA & Asociaţii has currently over 50 members of whom there are more than 30 highly educated lawyers, acting as partners, managing associates, senior associates, associate lawyers.
