The right to be forgotten and erased, in debate on European level

Year 2013 brings in the spotlight aspects regarding protection of the personal data, in the context of the debate with regards to the draft of the European reglementation in connection with the protection of the personal data, published a year ago by the European Commission, which will substitute the existing Directive regarding the data protection from 1995.
