The watchdog of pharma industry: National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices

As any authority of surveillance and sanctioning should act, the National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices has taken its duty seriously: it oversees the pharma companies regarding the compliance with the law and punishes them in case they fail to “do their homeworks”. With the only difference that, as opposed to school, they do not receive bad marks for bad conduct but high fines.
