Official release of the book „Private law. Family”

STOICA & Asociaţii, in cooperation with the Publishing house Hamangiu and the Faculty of Law, Bucharest University, organizes on Friday, June 14, at 14.00, in Nicolae Titulescu Hall (A2), Palace of the Faculty of Law, Bucharest University, the official release of the book „Private law. Family”, author Conf. Univ. Marieta Avram, PhD.
Conf. univ. Flavius-Antoniu Baias PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Law, judge Laura Andrei, President of the Bucharest Tribunal and Prof. Univ. Valeriu Stoica PhD, will speak about the book and the author.

The student book analysis in detail the provisions of the New Civil Code as set forth in Book no. 2 “About Family”, by tacking into account the regulations that came into force on October 1, 2011 and the relevant amendments of the legislation up to this moment.
