Claudiu Galu, Partner STOICA & Asociaţii, participated as speaker at the conference “Difficult enforcement issues”

During the conference “Difficult enforcement issues” organized in Bucharest, on June, 12, by Juridice.ro in partnership with Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the specialists in this field – lawyers, bailiffs, judges – approached one of the most hot topics regarding enforcement that are encountered in practice, by identifying the possible legal solutions. Claudiu Galu, Partner STOICA & Asociații tackled in his presentation the following main topics: the types of credit contracts, as object of enforcement, cases of de jure suspension of the enforcement, the cases of enforcement’s suspension imposed by the court and provisory suspension.
