STOICA & Asociaţii lawyers, speakers at the conference "Difficult civil law issues"

During the conference “Difficult civil law issues” organized in Bucharest, on  October, 18-19, by Juridice.ro in partnership with Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the specialists in this field – lawyers, judges – approached one of the most hot topics regarding the legal difficulties and challenges .of the new Civil Code.

Valeriu Stoica, Founding Partner STOICA & Asociații, tackled in his presentation the following topic: “The meaning of early termination in the new Civil Code” and Dan Rareş Răducanu approached various difficult civil law issues, such as: error regarding a legal provision, deceit, state of need vs. state of necessity and the object of obligation.
