University Professor Valeriu STOICA, who initiated the establishment of the law firm STOICA & Asociaţii, in his capacity as Founding Partner, coordinates the professional activity of the law firm, prevalently the the assisting and representation of clients in litigation cases and Cristiana I. STOICA,  Founding Partner, is coordinating the advisory work of the law firm.

The two Founding Partners demonstrated a great interest in combining their expertise and experience with the initiative of the other lawyers of the law firm STOICA & Asociaţii.

Business-orientated, pragmatic and responsive, the lawyers from STOICA & Asociaţii, all graduated from reputed Romanian law schools, are familiar with the high professional standards of the legal practice, which the law firm has adopted and applied constantly since its establishment and enjoy excellent practice of foreign languages, especially English or French.

In consideration of Romania's integration in the European Union, the lawyers from STOICA & Asociaţii are strongly committed to implement the European Law in their current practice, by attending special training programs and by developing professional contacts with internationally reputed law firms with extensive expertise in the field of the European law.
