Relevant experience
Valeriu Stoica enjoys a significant experience in the activity of the central administration and judiciary as a result of the coordination or participation in major legislative and institutional projects for the judiciary and business environment and, as well, in the activity as a lawyer. Valeriu Stoica leads the litigations activity of the law firm STOICA & Asociaţii. He represented Romanian and foreign clients, companies or individuals, state institutions or non-profit associations in civil and commercial cases in front of law courts or international commercial arbitration courts.
His extremely diversified experience as pleading
lawyer includes, among others, representation in cases having as object
litigations for restitution of real estate properties, land book, civil
liability actions, operations with bills of exchange and cheques, commercial
claims, corporate and labor conflicts, trademarks, press defamation,
administrative. He also coordinated numerous business projects in the real
estate, financial, banking, insurances domains and offered assistance to
multinational companies in negotiation of commercial transactions in the energy
sector.
In 2005 he was designated by the Romanian press among the first five most important Romanian lawyers.
