She joined the STOICA & Asociaţii team in 2006 when she started the legal practice stages.
She took part in assistance of the clients in consultancy projects
regarding banking and financial law issues, in energy and
telecommunications sectors, factoring activities, commercial contracts
and in real estate projects.
She is assistant professor at the Law Faculty, Bucharest University,
teaching Criminal Law. Special Part and Criminology and lecturer within
the Institute for the Professional Formation of Lawyers, teaching
Criminal Law. As a Ph.D. candidate, she attended training within the Law
Faculty of Montpellier I University, as scholarship beneficiary.
She is
PhD with a thesis on the criminal liability of companies, publically
presented at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest in 2011.
She published various articles in law magazines in Romania and abroad, as well as a book on the Criminal liability of corporations (2011, C.H. Beck).
