- Assisting and representing of an important bank from Romania in aspects related to economic infringements and the observance of the bank secret;
- Assisting and representing of a key steel producer in the finalisation process (through a transaction) of some litigation cases in connection with compensation claims following the termination of commercial contracts in the privatisation process;
