Relevant experience
Cristiana I. Stoica coordinates the consultancy activity of the law firm STOICA & Asociaţii. She was appointed by "Chambers and Global Guide" leading Romanian lawyer in the section "Company/Commercial/Mergers & Acquisitions". She was constantly evidenced in top positions in the international publicity annual publications in the sections "Corporate" and "Litigation".
Cristiana I. Stoica offered assistance to international banks, multinational companies or diplomatic missions in Romania, private clients or institutions of the central or local administration in numerous business projects. She represented clients as pleading lawyer in civil and commercial cases.
Her experience includes also assistance in financing projects, in initiation of the first issuance of state bonds on international markets in privatization projects in the banking, food, constructions sectors, in mergers and acquisitions or current corporate procedures, in negotiation of international commercial contracts, as well as real estate, commercial, fiscal and labor litigations, or in commercial arbitration.
