- Assistance provided to an important group of companies active in outdoor business in the acquisition of local outdoor companies.
- Assistance of an international credit institution in connection with the granting of a EUR 56 mil. syndicated loan to an important distributor of construction materials from Romania;
- Advising an international financial institution in connection with the granting of a USD 30 mil. loan to a Romanian non-banking institution;
- Assistance and representation provided to an international car producer with regard to product liability court litigations;
- Representing of an important producer of household appliances in labour litigation cases;
- Assistance of the seller in the transfer of a package of shares from a company active in the hotel industry;
- Assistance of the creditor in the syndicated loan amounting to USD 325 mil. granted to an important telecommunication group;
- Assistance for the debtor in the syndicated loan amounting to EURO 41 mil. granted by Raiffeisen Bank for the development of offices in the north part of Bucharest.
