Ana-Maria Vinţan was legal counsel in insurance companies and independent lawyer.

She cooperates as pleading lawyer in civil and commercial litigations, in administrative and labor law procedures, family law, challenges regarding the privatization procedures or in insolvency proceudres. She participated in the succesfull finalizing of some corporate transactions and in real estate litigation, in advising and representation in commercial cases on insolvency and capital markets.

She joined the STOICA & Asociaţii team in 2008.
