Dan Rareş Răducanu

Dan Rareş Răducanu imposed himself as a very good litigationslawyer, representing Romanian and foreign clients in administrative, fiscal and competition law litigations, in arbitration cases, in actions regarding the contractual liability for the restitution of the real estates, regarding the public property or public acquisitions, in challenges and legal actions in the telecommunications or audiovisual domain or regarding public acquisitions and corporate conflicts. 

Also, Dan Rareş Răducanu participated in privatization projects, in corporate acquisitions projects, in real estate sale purchase operations and in corporate liquidation or dissolution  procedures.

He published numerous legal articles.

He joined the STOICA & Asociaţii since 1997 and became Senior Partner in 2007.
