- Assisting and representing a German company in connection with a dispute concerning the interpretation of clauses in an association agreement from a fiscal point of view;
- Assisting and representing of various major telecom companies in disputes regarding challenging the administrative acts issued by the regulatory authority in the liberalisation process of the telecommunication's market and in the procedures of issuing the broadcasting licenses;
- Assisting and representing of companies from a major local holding acting on the security services market in connection with challenging of public tenders;

Assisting and representing of important local and foreign pharmaceutical companies in litigations with regard to the annulment of the clawback tax;

Assisting and representing of important companies from food industry, communication and electrotechnical industry in investigation procedures initiated by the Competition Council and in procedures related to the annulment of Competition Council’s decisions;
