- Assistance and representation provided to an international car producer with regard to product liability court litigations;
- Advising of an international credit institution in connection with the granting of a EUR 56 mil. syndicated loan to an important distributor of construction materials from Romania;
- Assisting and representing a major Romanian energy producer before ICC Paris in an international arbitration related to the obligations undertaken during the privatization process;
- Advising a big Italian construction consortium in drafting a design agreement according to FIDIC Yellow Book;
- Assistance and representation of clients in litigations regarding the restitution of property abusively taken over by the state.
