- Assisting and representation of various commercial banks in commercial litigations regarding credit titles;
- Assisting and representing a key steel producer in commercial litigations related to the enforcement of the transportation contracts and in the finalisation process through a transaction of some litigation cases in connection with compensation claims following the termination of commercial contracts in the privatisation process;
- Assisting and representing a key aluminium producer in litigations regarding the patrimonial rights granted to the authors of technical realizations;
- Assisting and representing a major water and sewage supplier in litigations related to the public domain.
- Assisting and representing of multinational companies active in the pharmaceutical, steel, telecommunication industry in litigations with regard to industrial property;
- Assisting and representing of an important FMGC company in litigations regarding damage claims derived from distribution contracts;
- Assistance and representation for Romanian and foreign clients in front of the Court of Arbitration from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania.
