Dragoş Bogdan started his career as a judge in 1999 and enjoys a significant experience in the activity of the
central administration, in academic projects that positively influenced his
carrier as lawyer. He took part in
various professional learning activities in Romania and abroad: Ecole Nationale
de la Magistrature de Bordeaux (France), National Judicial Institute of Ottawa
(Canada), internship at the World Intellectual Property Organization, practice
in courts in Germany. In 2005 – 2006 he was a jurist at the European Court of
Human Rights.
Dragoş Bogdan is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2007,
when he became a partner in a law firm specialized in intellectual property. In
this quality, he represented Romanian and foreign clients in various litigations
regarding trademarks, patents, industrial designs, unfair competition or
copyright.
Dragoş Bogdan took part in projects of commercial consultancy, in negotiation of civil and commercial contracts. As pleading lawyer, Dragoş Bogdan participated in the representation of the clients in litigations in connection with administrative, civil, commercial, family law and in procedures instituted by the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
