- Assisting and representing a major local distributor in a connection with a complaint regarding a potential anticompetitive distribution scheme imposed by one of the major medicine producers;
- Assisting and representing different local IT, household appliances and electric tools product sellers and distributors in respect of the investigation of the Competition Council regarding a potential anticompetitive arrangement concluded by the entities involved in the waste management of electronic equipment;
- Assisting and representing a major pharmaceutical company regarding the suspending of the notifications issued by the National Health Insurance Organisation (CNAS) pertaining to the computation of the clawback tax for Q1 and Q2 2012.
